Focus:
- Deliver exceptional wealth management services, including investment strategies, retirement planning, estate and trust planning, tax planning, and business owner planning.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their goals, financial needs, and personal values.
- Collaborate closely with other advisors and team members, contributing to a culture of collective success and mutual support.
- Actively engage in business development efforts, identifying opportunities to expand services to existing clients while attracting new clients.
- Maintain a commitment to ongoing learning and growth in the financial planning and wealth management fields.
Skill Set:
- Preferred: Series 65 or other recognized designations (CFA, CPA, CFP).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a focus on engaging clients and building trust.
- Sales and marketing mindset, with the ability to attract and retain clients through excellent service and knowledgeable advice.
