To drive innovation in secure electronics, they’re hiring a highly accomplished Hardware Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic design, embedded systems, and agile development processes.
This person will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of system engineers, mechanical engineers, and firmware developers to create and refine secure, high-performance hardware solutions.

Focus:
- Design and validate complex PCB assemblies for embedded secure mobile platforms.
- Take ownership of schematic capture, layout review, and hands-on debugging during bring-up and DVT phases.
- Prototype and test new concepts using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
- Drive electrical validation and board-level optimization for performance, power, and manufacturability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with firmware, software, and mechanical teams to refine architectures and accelerate development.
- Mentor and support junior engineers—your leadership will shape team capability and future projects.
- Innovate in the context of new product launches with tight cycles and evolving user requirements.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline required.
- 5–10 years of electrical engineering experience, especially in embedded systems or mobile hardware.
- Full product lifecycle exposure: from early concept/prototype through to validation, manufacturing, and release.
- Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools; Altium Designer strongly preferred.
- Solid bench skills, including SMT soldering, signal probing, and debugging mixed-signal circuits.
- Deep understanding of hardware design principles, signal integrity, power management, and embedded interface protocols (SPI, I2C, USB, BT/BLE, WiFi).
- Exposure to secure or low-power systems design is a strong plus.
