About the Role
As a Hyperscale Client Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding and maintaining our client base while driving revenue growth. Your ability to develop strong relationships, identify business opportunities, and provide technical insights will be key to your success in this position. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success, making a direct impact on the company’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively identify, pursue, and develop relationships with new and existing clients in the HVAC and climate solutions industry.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Drive sales initiatives, manage a sales pipeline, and execute business strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Technical Consultation: Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to clients based on their specific requirements.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Market & Industry Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and technological advancements to better position solutions for clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer
- CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue projections in the CRM system.
- Presentation & Public Speaking: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, delivering impactful presentations to potential clients and partners.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience: 3 years in a technical sales or account management role, preferably in the HVAC, industrial equipment, or manufacturing sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC systems, air treatment solutions, or related mechanical engineering concepts is highly desirable.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication & Relationship-Building: Exceptional ability to connect with clients, manage relationships, and present technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Organizational & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to track sales performance and manage customer data.
- Travel Availability: Willingness to travel occasionally within North America for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
