Focus:
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing lighting design layouts and technical documentation.
- Utilize industry software, including Bluebeam, AGI32, and AutoCAD, to create and modify lighting designs.
- Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and product recommendations based on project specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Ensure the accuracy and relevance of project documentation, creative assets, and marketing resources by performing regular reviews and updates.
- Conduct product research and stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare reports and analyze data using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational training in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the lighting or electrical industry preferred.
- Candidates must possess technical skills in specialized software applications, specifically Bluebeam, AGI32, and AutoCAD.
- Proficient in utilizing the full range of productivity tools within the Microsoft ecosystem, including document editing, spreadsheet analysis, presentation design, and email management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience working in a sales or technical support role within the lighting or electrical industry.
- Knowledge of lighting controls, energy-efficient solutions, and industry regulations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical assistance regarding lighting applications.
