Multi-media Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be skilled in various multimedia platforms and tools, capable of enhancing our digital presentations and visual communications to support case proceedings and client consultations.

Focus:
- Develop and manage multimedia content that visually represents complex legal cases to various audiences, including internal stakeholders, clients, and courts.
- Operate and maintain technical equipment for creating and displaying multimedia content.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with multimedia software and hardware setups.
- Work alongside attorneys and legal experts to craft compelling, case-winning visual exhibits and presentation materials.
- Ensure compatibility of multimedia content across various operating systems including Windows and MacOS.
Skill Set:
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED.
- Proficient in operating systems such as Windows and MacOS.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, Apple software, and other essential multimedia applications.
- Demonstrated ability to sketch and create freehand drawings as part of content creation.
- Proven technical skills to manage, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware or software issues related to multimedia setups.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
