Paralegal- Insurance Dispute Resolution
Our client, a global leader in legal dispute resolution and advisory services, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced paralegal to support their litigation and insurance coverage practice. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in case management, court procedures, and legal documentation.

Focus :
Collaborate with attorneys to prepare, organize, and manage legal documents for litigation and insurance coverage cases.
Conduct thorough legal research, draft correspondence, and assist in the preparation of pleadings and discovery materials.
File and monitor documents in accordance with Federal and California court regulations.
Manage deadlines and maintain accurate case files, ensuring compliance with all procedural requirements.
Provide administrative and substantive support to attorneys throughout the litigation process.
Skill Set :
A Paralegal Certificate from a program accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) is advantageous; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in litigation, with a focus on insurance coverage matters.
Comprehensive understanding of Federal and California court systems, including filing procedures and rules.
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to streamline tasks and enhance efficiency.
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
