Principal Engineer
Our client is a leading engineering consultancy firm dedicated to excellence across the Architecture, Engineering & Design, and Construction sectors. Their mission is to deliver innovative solutions and superior service to their clients. They are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Principal Engineer to join their dynamic team and contribute to their many collaborative projects.

Focus :
Lead and manage engineering projects from conception through to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and oversee construction processes.
Ensure project compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
Prepare reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Solve complex engineering problems with innovative, practical solutions.
Manage client relationships and participate in business development activities.
Skill Set :
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in engineering consulting or a related professional field.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, with a preference for majors in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Geotechnical Engineering.
Experience in Construction Management or Architectural Engineering highly desirable.
Must have an active Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
A strong passion for building construction and a proven ability to address and solve technical problems in engineering.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy.
