Project Executive – Data Center
Our client is seeking a seasoned Project Executive specialized in Data Centers to join their dynamic team in the commercial building industry. As a Project Executive - Data Center, you will spearhead the project management teams and oversee a broad portfolio of commercial construction projects. This role is pivotal in steering the project teams towards achieving operational excellence and delivering outstanding results to clients.

Focus :
Lead multiple project teams across various construction projects, ensuring that all projects meet our stringent quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
Develop and implement strategies for cost control, scheduling, and estimating to enhance project performance.
Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing innovative construction methods and optimizing project management processes.

Skill Set :
A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 15 years of extensive experience in the commercial construction sector, with a preference for candidates who have a background in industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living, and multi-family projects.
Demonstrated ability in leading project management teams to success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Comprehensive insight into local building environments, state-of-the-art construction practices, and the ability to effectively plan, estimate, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and guide high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
Profound knowledge of modern construction practices and project management software.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
