Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technology Professional to perform routine and advanced CT scans using GE and Siemens equipment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality images using computed tomography technology for routine and complex procedures
- Utilize expertise in operating multi-vendor CT systems, including GE and Siemens platforms
- Transport patients as needed
- Safely administer contrast media to enhance imaging results
- Expand scope of practice by performing diagnostic radiography at satellite locations as required
- Handle emergency and STAT exams efficiently
Qualifications:
- Hold a degree from a radiologic technology program accredited by the American Medical Association (AMA) or equivalent
- ARRT registration
- Hold a valid state of Illinois radiologic technology license
- American Heart Association CPR certification
- Specialized certification in Computed Tomography (CT) is highly desirable
