Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis, engineering calculations, and design improvements using specialized software and proprietary tools.
- Serve as the Professional Engineer (PE) of Record, reviewing and stamping project drawings and calculations.
- Ensure all projects meet applicable codes, specifications, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with external consultants and engineers to optimize project outcomes.
- Provide technical support to sales and manufacturing teams, assisting with new opportunities and client requests.
- Stay up to date with evolving industry regulations and their impact on engineering practices.
- Mentor and train internal teams on structural design principles and product applications.
What You Bring:
- PE licensure (with the ability to obtain additional state licensure as needed).
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of experience in structural engineering, including product design and analysis.
- Expertise in engineering software and tools for structural analysis.
- Strong understanding of relevant building codes and industry regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, with a passion for innovation.
