Focus:
- Lead the design and development of analog circuits for advanced DRAM products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analog designs into broader systems.
- Conduct circuit simulations and analyses to optimize performance, power efficiency, and reliability.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex design challenges.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to memory design.
- Contribute to patent applications and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Skill Set:
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in analog circuit design within the semiconductor industry.
- Proven expertise in analog design, including IOs, power system blocks, and custom digital design.
- Proficiency in ASIC-like digital design, including:
- Logic synthesis for complex block design.
- DFT (Design for Test) implementation.
- Physical design using place & route software.
- Verification through simulation techniques.
- Strong understanding of DRAM memory architectures and semiconductor technologies.
- Experience with high-speed, low-power circuit design methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DRAM memory interface design and signal integrity analysis.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated success in tape-outs and volume production.
