Systems Analyst
Location: Decatur, IL
About the Role:
We are seeking a Systems Analyst who is passionate about both enterprise systems support and software development. This role will focus on analyzing business processes, supporting ERP systems, and developing custom solutions to optimize workflows and data management. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical ERP expertise, data analysis skills, and hands-on development experience to enhance system functionality and business efficiency.

What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain system customizations, scripts, and integrations to enhance ERP and business applications.
- Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripting to support data manipulation and reporting.
- Build automation tools, dashboards, and workflows using low-code platforms, APIs, or middleware solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design technical solutions for improved efficiency.
- Provide technical and functional ERP support, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing configurations.
- Develop and maintain data integrations between ERP, CRM, and other business-critical applications.
- Assist with ERP upgrades, testing, and deployments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.
- Support reporting and analytics efforts by creating custom reports and data visualization tools.
- Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance system performance and automation.
- Work closely with vendors and internal IT teams to enhance system functionality and security.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in a Systems Analyst, Developer, or ERP-focused technical role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred, but experience with Acumatica, Sage, Epicor, or SAP also considered).
- Proficiency in development and scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, SQL, or SuiteScript.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and middleware tools.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and develop custom scripts, automation tools, and workflow enhancements.
- Experience troubleshooting ERP modules, configurations, and system performance issues.
- Knowledge of data management, reporting tools, and business intelligence solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and enterprise application security best practices is a plus.
