Focus:
- Provide technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring efficient and effective software usage across the organization.
- Troubleshoot software and application issues, working closely with internal stakeholders, including development teams and business units.
- Assist in software testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve user proficiency with internal applications.

Skill Set:

- Proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide user-friendly explanations of technical concepts.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues and providing mentorship to junior legal staff.
