Focus :
Define and execute a comprehensive technology and product development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver innovative products that meet market demands and operational objectives.
Drive R&D initiatives, introducing advanced technologies and improving existing processes for cost-efficiency and quality enhancement.
Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to optimize product design for seamless production and market success.
