- Manage vendor and supplier negotiations to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
- Foster a culture of accountability by mentoring managers and ensuring operational alignment with company goals.
- Enhance team leadership and development, focusing on accessibility and strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Collaborate directly with executive leaders to foster long-term growth strategies and maintain operational excellence.

- A proven operations executive with VP, Director, or equivalent experience leading teams in a $200M organization.
