Data Manager

We are seeking an experienced Data Manager to lead and optimize our data team in Las Vegas, NV. This is a hands-on management role requiring technical expertise and strong leadership to drive team performance, ensure data accuracy, and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of data analysts and app developers across two locations.
- Ensure the accurate processing and formatting of client-provided data for print production.
- Develop, implement, and maintain data processing workflows, leveraging tools like SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Provide leadership and accountability, managing workloads, and addressing team performance issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage deadlines, set priorities, and forecast resource needs.
- Act as a liaison between teams to support project-based and operational initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of management experience, with a proven ability to lead technical teams.
- Expertise in SQL development, Power BI, Power Automate, and ideally Azure.
- Develop, maintain, and automate SQL-based reports for various business units, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Utilize Microsoft Power Automate to streamline workflows, integrate systems, and automate data-related processes.
- Understands Data Processing
- Design and optimize SQL queries and database structures to improve report performance.
- Develop and maintain Power BI, Tableau, and other business intelligence dashboards to provide real-time analytics.
- Implement and support Microsoft Azure Data Factory for ETL processes and cloud-based data solutions.
- Experience in the printing industry
