In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming leads, answering all incoming calls and emails, and providing exceptional service for our high-end Window Cleaning business. Additionally, as an Account Manager, you will oversee the operation of our office and manage a team member working in our call center.As our Account Manager, you will need to exhibit excellence in articulating ideas clearly, listening actively, and adapting communication style to meet the needs of sophisticated customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced work environment and have experience in luxury customer service or have worked in industries catering to high-end clientele, such as hospitality, luxury retail, or real estate this office position is for you!This office position is responsible for much of the sales in our call center.
