RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS ONCE FULLY TRAINED...
- Responsible for team member execution to delight guests thereby increasing experiences and sales
- Continual training and coaching of subordinates based on the development plans provided by superiors
- Responsible for 100% food safety, workplace safety and personal hygiene compliance
- Upholds all standards, policies and procedures issuing coaching and/or discipline as necessary to ensure all team members adhere to expectations as required by their team member handbook
- Creates daily goals for individuals to meet and exceed development plan goals
- Accurate drawer counting and strict adherence to all monetary protocols
- Responsible for maintaining an area of oversight (kitchen, Drive Thru, Set, MOD, etc.) and exemplifies the joy of serving people, and operational excellence
- Responsible for positively supporting the senior leadership staff
- Maintains continual conversation lines between peers and superiors
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work environment – creating smiles, encouraging team members and ensuring all team members are contributing to the success of all.
