We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Executive chef. You will be the chief and maintain complete control of the kitchen.
Executive Chef responsibilities are:Organizing food preparation/kitchen activities
Implementing new menus
Making estimates of food cost
Oversee kitchen activities
Inspecting kitchen equipment and scheduling repairs
Hiring suitable staff members
Inspecting dishes before they are delivered/served
Making monthly/quarterly reports
Communicating with subordinate members
Experience as an Executive Chef
Proven record of management of kitchen activities
Good at solving issues quickly and effectively
Excellent at multitasking
Great organizational, leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office
- BA/Bsc degree in Culinary Arts or Msc degree would be preferred
