We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team and lead our F&B operations. - Manage the restaurant, banquets and bar daily operations, including staffing, customer service, and financials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Train and develop staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Create and implement policies and procedures for the restaurant.
