About the Cook position
We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our company. You will be required to prepare all the necessary ingredients and equipment for cooking. Also you are expected to cook various kinds of meals to meet customer satisfaction.
Cook responsibilities are:

Setting up workstation with the necessary equipment

Prepping minor ingredients to use for cooking

Utilizing different equipment (cooker, grill, etc.)

Monitoring stock/inventory

Preparing exquisite dishes

Ensuring that the working environment is properly sanitized

Ensuring meals are prepared properly
Follow all receipts.
Cook requirements are:

Experience as a Cook at least 2 years
-
Familiar with cooking utensils

Familiar with the different kinds of cooking procedures

Good communication skills
-
Excellent team player
- High school diploma
- FoodHandlers card required for San Bernadino County.
- Clean, stock, standing for long hours.
- Banquet service a plus.
- Must have experience in a commercial kitchen preparing food.
