- Intimately familiar and exceedingly efficient with all current DARPA admin processes and procedures to seamlessly interact with Front Office (FO) personnel, systems, and excellent slide generation, editing, and written communication skills
- Able to work closely and smoothly with technical SETAs to coordinate and track progress across the client’s portfolio as well as track and execute FO taskings
- Able to at least converse with an undergraduate level of familiarity with human neurophysiology and psychology to understand programs and contribute to slides / document editing. This position does not require subject matter expertise, but candidates should at least be comfortable with the language of cortico-thalamic coupling and Default Mode Network, etc. to maximize efficiency
- Comfortable in a Chief-of Staff role tracking / managing / solving administrative programmatic issues
