Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding their health insurance options and selecting appropriate plans.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage for clients.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their requirements.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand client base.
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including telemarketing and face-to-face meetings.
- Stay updated on HIPAA regulations and ensure compliance in all client interactions.
- Market our services within the community to raise awareness about available health insurance options.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or similar role in the health insurance sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful client interactions.
- Ability to analyze complex information and provide clear recommendations.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and best practices in benefits administration is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience in outside sales or telemarketing is a plus.
