Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding their health insurance options and selecting appropriate plans.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to provide tailored recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-ups.
- Engage in outside sales activities to expand client base and reach new customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in health insurance.
- Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage and ACA policies.
