Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling various insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Process customer policy change requests
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in telemarketing or outside sales preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is beneficial
- Familiarity with benefits administration is advantageous
