Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
- Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses, meeting sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on insurance products, industry trends, and regulations
- Explain policy details, terms, and conditions to clients
- Process policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for clients
- Provide assistance and support to clients during the claims process
- Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage
Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for policy management
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales activities
