Entry Level Sales Assistant Duties:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and services offered
- Acquire and retain client information and adequate product knowledge by attending daily staff meetings to stay on top of current sales initiatives and available promotions
- Execute proven customer service and sales tactics by identifying key decision-makers and determining eligibility
- Engage with consumers in a professional and empathetic demeanor to build a sense of comfort and trust
- Exceed enrollment targets by being able to offer solutions to multiple customer needs with the complete library of products and services offered by our clients
- Develop and nurture relationships with the customer in your given territory
Entry Level Sales Assistant Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role, account management, sales account management, or sales
- Superior critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- High energy, self-motivated, self-directed person who is able to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously
- Ability to work proficiently independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices and the aptitude to learn quickly
