Responsibilities of a Business Management & Sales Trainee:
- Initiate communication with consumers and provide service before, during, and after the sales process
- Provide suggestions and solutions to potential customers by offering details regarding product knowledge and service capabilities
- Become skilled at negotiating potential sales options for consumers, and upselling when needed
- Attend training sessions and meetings with other Business Management & Sales Trainee members, sales teams, and management to master business practices

- High School Diploma or equivalency required
