Daily Responsibilities of the Sales Support Associates:
- Engage with potential customers to learn their needs and preferences and educate them on our client's products and services that will best suit them
- Work side by side with seasoned sales team members to gain hands-on experience on how to implement our sales and marketing strategies effectively
- Facilitate both the enrollment and the installation process on behalf of the customer to ensure timely delivery of all services
- Maintain an up-to-date record of all customer interactions
- Participate in continued training opportunities
Requirements for the Sales Support Associate Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Confident in both your verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable problem solving and thinking on your feet
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to quickly and easily build rapport with customers and clients
