HVAC Sales Manager
Serving the community for four generations, Blue Sky has served as the premier HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service and installation contractor in the Denver area. We recognize the quality of our people enables this growth and now is your chance to join our team.
As the Sales Manager at Blue Sky, over $20 million dollars of revenue will fall beneath your umbrella of responsibility. You will be accountable for the sales of the largest and most profitable departments at Blue Sky. Successful outcomes will be attained by working with Project Managers and salespeople through KPI-driven feedback, coordinating 1-on-1’s, preparing review materials, performing jobsite training, and facilitating group meetings. Coordination and cooperation with the other department managers will be critical to your success. You will also be responsible for support on our advanced CRM tool - maintaining up-to-date prices and coaching on proper price book usage.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Sewer Sales Professionals in a high growth and rapidly changing company
- Review and prepare feedback for Project Managers using sales data, technician feedback, KPI’s, and sales process accountability
- Assist each individual Project Manager and help them to achieve their goals, both personal and professional
- Help edit and maintain price book in company CRM
- Coordinate daily with installation departments to provide open lines of communication for Project Manager feedback, installation tech feedback and job scheduling
- Coordinate daily with all the service departments to ensure proper lead generation and communication with Project Managers
- Coordinate and / or conduct technical training
- The individual that takes on this role does not need to be a technical MEP expert, but instead can utilize the internal and external technical resources for training Project Managers
- Resolve customer concerns that require management involvement
- Nexstar Sales Process Training through field training and sales meetings
- You will be thoroughly trained in our in-home sales process to hold Project Managers accountable to these processes
- Help with equipment vendor discussions & negotiations
- Recruitment and retention through building a strong culture of teamwork within the sales department
