The job requires answering the phones, responding to customers' web requests via email and coordinating the repair schedule. While we do not require specific experience, we do require at last two years of prior work experience. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to ensure understanding of services using phone scripts and email templates we provide.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer questions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM.
- Coordinate with the field crew to ensure the technicians day runs smoothly.
