Repsonsibilities:

• Deliver fiber to the home installations and repairs
• Troubleshoot customer connection issues
• Install drops from the service terminal to the home
• Have high energy, resourcefulness, and ability to multi-task
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including Saturdays, holidays and evenings
• Strong customer service skills; friendly, approachable and motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity
• Experience with hand tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance on various devices.
• Fiber, electrical, construction, maintenance/repair, cable, military, and/or customer service experience are a plus
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment while on-site.

Requirements

• Must have valid driver's license and pass periodic MVR check
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test
• Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
• Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle and feel, to operate hand tools and small power tools; to reach and lift with hands and arms; to talk and hear; to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; to climb ladder, to balance and reach from ladder; to walk and work upon rooftops; to crawl into and work in attics, crawlspaces or confined spaces
• Must regularly lift and/or move equipment that weighs 20 - 40 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move more than 200 pounds with assistance. Must regularly lift, carry and maneuver ladders that weigh 60 to 90 lbs
