Blue Sky Solutions route manager/outdoor pest control technician

Blue Sky Solutions, one of the fastest-growing and highest-rated pest and Lawn and Ornamental control companies in Southwest Florida, is looking for a reliable and highly organized route manager with previous experience in lawn and pest control to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for your own route where you will handle a variety of tasks including fertilizing, spraying grass, loading and unloading materials, scheduling appointments and monitoring payments to ensure customers are current on their accounts. You’ll also have the opportunity to generate sales and earn commission on top of your base salary, making this position an excellent fit for a motivated individual. From there, the sky’s the limit as this position offers plenty of chances for cross-training which will allow you to advance within our growing organization.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience as a lawn technician
• L&O license preferred
• Ability to identify pest and lawn problems a huge plus
• Experience with driving/towing a utility trailer behind a truck
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and push a spreader
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule
• Strong interpersonal and verbal skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
