Part-Time Shuttle Bus Driver | Brainerd, MN

Position Summary:

We are looking for CDL drivers to join our team of professional drivers at Blue Sky Transit. As a driver, you will operate shuttle buses for a dial-a-ride program. You’ll be a part of a customer-first culture, providing excellent passenger experience from departure to destination. Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for demand/response bus service
• Maintain positive passenger experience – greeting customers with a smile, ensuring a clean environment, etc.
• Maintain familiarity with service areas in order to answer passenger questions
• Follow all company and Department of Transportation (DOT) safety protocols and procedures

• Strong customer service skills
• Commitment to passenger, co-worker, and vehicle safety
• Reliable

Education/Experience:

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement and no air brake restriction
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in English
• Experience and ability to comply with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening (THC included)
