Job-Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.45 Tips! (Tips average $5-$6/hr)
Location: SE Division

Position Details:
The responsibilities of a Retail Store Lead include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Uphold all Blue Star hospitality, customer service, and cleanliness standards, ensuring staff are practicing these standards consistently, reinforcing procedures when standards are not being met
- Available to answer staff questions regarding department policies/procedures, company policies/procedures, and company platforms, as needed
- Administer new employee 30 & 60 day performance check-ins, as well as regular staff check-ins, at designated location, communicating any staff issues around performance to Retail Management Team
- Participate in weekly check-ins with Retail Management Team to discuss any department updates and store issues, communicating any relevant company policies, procedures, and department updates to staff at designated store
- As directed by Retail Management Team, perform ongoing training for relevant staff of designated location, following Blue Star Training programs
- Motivate staff to ensure all tasks on daily, weekly, and monthly store blueprints are being completed to prepare designated store for regular Store Audits
- Maintain inventory levels at designated store, ordering additional supplies and swag as needed
- Handle overall maintenance of designated store; includes, but is not limited to, troubleshooting any tech-related issues, handling in-store customer complaints, coordinating/facilitating store meetings, etc.
- Be the first point of contact for call outs at designated store, & assist with finding coverage; includes working the shift, when possible
- Ensure staff are properly utilizing company procedures for submitting tip logs, requesting time-off requests, making availability changes, etc.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- A love for donuts!!

- Current Oregon Food Handlers card
- Working cell phone
- Accuracy in cash handling & POS transactions
- Reliable and exceptional attendance
- Flexible availability to work all hours of operations, including working some weekends and events
- Ability to complete projects in a timely manner, and keep team members notified of progress
- Reliable transportation & ability to work at all locations (except PDX Airport), as needed
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs & stand for long periods of time
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, or equivalent
- 2 years leadership experience or equivalent
- Preferred: Experience utilizing Google Workspace, Slack, and Paycom
