Currently Hiring for: 7am-3pm AND 4pm-12am shifts, Full Time, Weekends Required!
Production Shift Trainer Position Details:
The responsibilities of a Production Shift Trainer include, but is not limited to, the following:

Demonstrate strong proficiency in all aspects of Donut Production

Understand all components of our Production Department
-
Track new hire training schedules & training progress
-
Utilize & participate in company communication platforms
-
Stay well informed on all Department updates & changes
-
Communicate effectively with Management to discuss training progress
-
Work with HR to identify & improve training program
-
Uphold sanitation standards outlined by Blue Star Donuts
-
Uphold all Food Service Health & Sanitation guidelines
-
Work independently as well as a team, assisting in all areas of production

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- A love for donuts!!
- An excellent fit with all Blue Star Core Values
- A workable laptop, cell phone and gmail account
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for long periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation with ability to work all shift times
- Open availability (including early mornings and weekends)
- Current food handlers certification
- Valid Driver's License & ability to pass our Driver Certification Program
- Preferred: 1 years hospitality and customer service experience or equivalent, OLCC Certification
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus
