As we continue to expand rapidly, we’re seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Entry-Level Community Outreach Associate to join our passionate team and help make a difference.
What You'll Do: As an Entry-Level Community Outreach Associate, you'll play an essential role in executing impactful outreach events and connecting with the community on behalf of our nonprofit clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in planning and coordinating community outreach events to raise awareness for our clients' initiatives.
- Clearly communicate the mission and goals of our nonprofit clients to local community members, with the aim of boosting engagement and revenue.
- Assist with marketing, sales, and customer service tasks to ensure event success.
- Help track and maintain inventory for outreach events.
- Attend in-person training sessions to grow your skills and ensure you're aligned with client goals.
- Complete daily sales reports to monitor progress and track results.
- Ensure adherence to all company and partner standards during events and outreach activities.
What We’re Looking For: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to make a meaningful impact through community-focused efforts. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Ability to attend in-person training sessions and actively participate in team development.
- Ability to travel to various event locations within the area.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, leadership, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Confidence in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable with simple math to track sales and inventory.
