As we continue to grow and expand our footprint, we are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team to focus on maintaining current customer relationships and acquiring new customers. Position Overview: As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business and expand our customer base. You will identify and target potential customers in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, introduce them to our propane services, power generation solutions, and build lasting relationships that contribute to the company’s growth. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, meet sales goals, and effectively manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Customer Acquisition: Prospect and identify new customers by researching target markets, generating leads, and reaching out through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations to potential customers, demonstrating the benefits and value of our propane services.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with new clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the latest propane solutions to effectively present our services as the best option.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent new customer acquisition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment for new customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on new customer acquisition (experience in the propane, energy, or utilities industry is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of propane services to a variety of customers.
- Expertise with Customer Relationship Management software Salesforce preferred and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
