Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to identify those interested in painting and home improvement services.
- Schedule high-quality appointments for our closers to meet with potential clients.
- Keep accurate and updated records of all client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with closers to ensure smooth transitions and positive client experiences.
- Build rapport and maintain professional, friendly communication with clients.
- Gather and relay feedback from potential customers to help improve our sales process and client satisfaction.
