Location : Remote
Duration : 1 Year
Compensation : $70 / hr - $75 / hr
Contract Type : 1099 (Must be authorized to work in the U.S and no sponsorships available)
Overview : Our client is seeking experienced Project Facilitators to support our Health Technology Center for Commercialization portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing large-scale projects, particularly within healthcare technology commercialization and public health programming.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Coordination : Manage interactions among program teams, project entities, and support resources, including scheduling meetings, tracking project progress, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Documentation Management : Oversee the organization and updating of project-related documents, ensuring accessibility and version control.
- Stakeholder Communication : Provide regular project updates to program leadership and facilitate effective communication across all parties involved.
- Progress Monitoring : Utilize project management tools to track milestones, assess project status, and prepare for decision-making meetings.
- Meeting Participation : Attend relevant meetings, contribute to discussions, and support the preparation of presentations as needed.
- Administrative Support : Assist with timesheet submissions and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
