Job Description
Join our client’s Cardiomems group as a Technician I in an onsite call center environment. This position requires 100% onsite, Monday through Friday. The role involves providing technical support to patients, addressing potential issues or questions, and delivering excellent customer service in a high-volume setting. Candidates with strong attention to detail, patience, and multitasking abilities under pressure are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Call Center & Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, providing technical assistance and empathetic customer service to patients using client’s Cardiomems products.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve product-related issues; escalate complex cases as needed.
- Documentation: Record interactions, solutions, and follow-up actions accurately in relevant systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to convey product feedback and refine support processes.
- Patient Guidance: Offer clear instructions and support to users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, OR
- Associate’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience:
- 1–2 years of operational support, sales, or technical support experience (with a Bachelor’s), OR
- 3–5 years of similar experience (with an Associate’s).
- Medical or healthcare background is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain patient in high-pressure situations.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls; excellent multitasking and listening skills.
- Technical aptitude for product troubleshooting and computer-based documentation.
- Effective communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
Additional Information
- This is a one-year contract with potential for a permanent position based on performance and organizational needs.
