We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll & Office Assistant to join our team. The Payroll & Office Assistant is responsible for processing weekly payroll, maintaining employee time records, and providing support and assistance to various departments within Blue Stone Therapy.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll & Office Assistant to join our team. The Payroll & Office Assistant is responsible for processing weekly payroll, maintaining employee time records, and providing support and assistance to various departments within Blue Stone Therapy.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
- Complete standard administrative processes such as answering phones, greeting office visitors, mail processing, filing, faxing, scanning, copying, and organizing as needed.
- Prepare payroll records for review in areas including, but not limited to salaries, benefits, expenses, garnishments, taxes, and other earnings and deductions.
- Provide support for completing monthly duties, such as maintenance and review of all schedules associated with payroll, reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts affected by payroll, and ensuring timely preparation and payment of benefits.
- Assist in the credentialing process of therapists with insurance companies, including the acquisition and timely updating of licenses, certifications, and National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers.
- Provide benefit administration support and compile and distribute system reports as requested.
- Assist with onboarding process to ensure a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles.
- Develops ad hoc financial and operational reports as requested.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Cross train in multiple roles and departments including, Finance, Operations, Outpatient, IT, and Human Resources (HR).
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- No experience required.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exceptional collaboration and customer relationship skills.
- Adapt easily to change in job duties and work environment.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Net Health experience preferred.
