Blue Tank and Pump is a specialized equipment rental company that supplies Frac Tanks, Roll Off Boxes, Diesel Pumps, Generators, Shoring and Water Treatment solutions. We are up to 8 Branches, 4000 pieces of rental equipment spread out among our branches, and are headquartered out of Nicholasville KY. Our equipment helps support a variety of businesses including construction, environmental, private companies, and everything in between. We are an ever-growing company, having added several new branches in the last couple years.

We are seeking to hire a Rental Branch Manager for the Indianapolis area. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the branch in which you are assigned. This will involve efficiently coordinating personnel to handle the rental projects that are currently happening and those that are coming up. Coordinating the equipment that is at your specific location as well as working with our other locations to get the equipment that you may need for upcoming jobs. Branch managers will also work closely with our sales team, making sure that they have everything they need to effectively manage their jobs.

Branch managers are also responsible for handling the billing for their branch making sure that the branch is run as effectively as possible. This is a great position for someone with great leadership skills and is willing to work in a high energy environment. We have a strong team to help you integrate and learn the business, we just need someone with good management skills, leadership qualities and work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Rental Equipment to maximize efficiency
• Earn the respect of the employees.
• Oversee the deliveries, yard personnel, area sales person, and on-site setups.
• Analyze information to assess current and future financial and equipment statuses
• Review costs for optimal budget planning
• Evaluate Branch needs and operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in rental branch management, rental services, management, or other related fields
• Previous experience with equipment rental and sales or environmental industries preferred
• Knowledge of common rental practices
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willing to learn the equipment and operations
• Strong work ethic required to overcome the challenges

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
