Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team and work in the express service section. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring that their vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers at the kiosk, inform them about our services to help them make the best decision for their vehicle.
- Perform thorough exterior cleaning of vehicles before sending them through the tunnel.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and effectively to ensure high-quality results.
- Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including custodial duties to ensure a tidy work environment.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting any supplies that need replenishing.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in car washing or detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment as necessary.
- Understanding of Washify software is a plus.
- Bilingual preferred - English and Spanish - but not required.
