As a Bookkeeper, you will:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the daily operations of the fiscal department; tasks may include: data entry of cash deposits, preparing accounts payable invoices, payroll verification, bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records
- General filing and computer tasks
- Assists with front desk duties and office operations
- Communicating professionally and effectively with clients, inspectors and team members.
- Working collaboratively with other departmental teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree in Accounting or Business and/or 2 years of experience in accounting.
Computer skills required (E-mail, Access, Excel, Word, and Publishers).
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to an insured motorized vehicle
- Must demonstrate strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
