RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct home visits
- Coordinate family engagement strategies and activities to achieve family and child goals.
- Recruit children and families for ongoing full enrollment.
- Monitor outcomes, make referrals, serve as an advocate for families
- Model sensitivity, build and foster relationships.
- Communicate effectively and professionally.
- Ensure the operation and maintenance of a safe, clean, healthy, and productive work environment.
- Maintain professional competence through professional growth and development opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be willing to obtain required Home Visitor credential.
- Must be willing to submit to required background checks with no adverse findings
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Obtain CPR and First Aide Certification
- General Computer Skills
