RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise, direct and lead Weatherization Crew
- Weatherization tasks may include: insulation, window/door repair, blower door tests, infiltration and venting work, lead safe practices
- Recording and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating professionally and effectively with clients, inspectors and team members.
- Working collaboratively with other departmental teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of experience in building sciences, property management, or maintenance preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
- Must demonstrate strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
