The Director of Rehabilitation is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation services within our healthcare facility. As the Director you will be a team leader in the rehabilitation process for your patients, ensuring high standards of care, effective practice management, and compliance with medical regulations. Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Supervise and mentor rehabilitation staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
- Manage medical records and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in rehabilitation practices.
- Proficiency in managing medical records with attention to detail.
