We are seeking a Customer Enrollment Representative to join our team and play a key role in driving sales, acquiring new customers, and delivering a top-tier enrollment experience. Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers in person to promote and enroll them in our clients’ services, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers to build trust, confidence, and long-term loyalty to the brands.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and fellow Customer Enrollment Representatives to strategize and implement outreach campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct direct outreach efforts to promote our client’s brands, focusing on effective sales presentations and persuasive communication to meet sales goals.
- Assist in maintaining ongoing relationships with enrolled customers to enhance satisfaction and ensure retention.
- Engage in a team-oriented environment, participating in daily sales training sessions and client meetings to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to connect with a wide range of customers.
- Proven ability to engage and persuade customers in a sales-driven environment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer enrollment, or customer service is preferred (1-2 years).
- Motivated, results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
