What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Blue Water Behavioral Consulting?
Blue Water Behavioral Consulting, LLC is looking for an additional Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our amazing team of clinicians. The primary duty of the BCBA would be to supervise a small caseload consisting of CBTs who provide ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorders. Most clients would be clinic-based at our learning center in Burlington, WA. Hours would be part-time initially and the BCBA would have significant flexibility in setting their weekly schedule. If desired, there is a possibility of increasing to full-time hours as caseload expands. There is the option for the BCBA to provide some services (including supervision, protocol modification, parent training) remotely via telehealth. This position also offers opportunities to provide school consulting services to local school districts.
Applicants must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and willing to become a Licensed Behavior Analyst through the WA Dept. of Health.
We look forward to hearing from you!
